Personal and professional development is important for an individual. Development in context to the personal helps the individual to establish better relationships and in context to the work place is, performance can be enhanced (Cabo, 2014). Via self-managed learning an individual can make several decisions such as- what should be learnt by him, how should be learnt, form where he should learn and the most important is why should he learn; as individual needs to learn something for various reasons and when he come to know why is he or she learning then becomes easy for them to learn that thing (Hambrick, 2011).
